Thank you for supporting Sankofa Herbs & Wellness! Each of our products is lovingly handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality, potency, and care. Because of this, we ask that you please allow 5–7 business days for order processing before shipment.

📦 Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via USPS and other trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and in a timely manner. Shipping time is in addition to processing time and typically ranges from 2–5 business days depending on your location and your selected delivery method.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
